ENGIE SECURITY is a 100% black owned company registered under laws of South Africa, our overriding objective is to perform and deliver on our product and services lines above client’s expectations and on time. We pride ourselves in what we do and we work hard to achieve success and diversification. The core of our business is security services(PSIRA registered) and education, training and skills development (Accredited by SASSETA), we value working with clients and have formed strategic alliances that gives us mutual benefit and ensure we are best in what we do. We provide service to both the private and public sector and are strongly committed to providing professional services and development of long term business relationship.
ENGIE SECURITY has started operating from 2011 doing security guarding and training of security guard and conducting learner ships on SASSETA courses. We surpass our competition in meeting the standards of what a security guard company consists of in the industry today. As a security provider we provide much more than to deter, detect and report. We know what it takes to keep you and your business safe, but more importantly, we know how to add value to your company by providing superior customer service and attention to detail. We take ownership of every customer’s company and property. ENGIE SECURITY will provide you with certified, licensed, insured, and bonded Security Officers. Each Security Personnel has been registered with Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and they are training with Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (SASSETA).
As front-line representatives of your company, our guards wear a high quality uniform and take pride in their appearance. By paying above the industry average, we can guarantee above average service. As part of our recruitment process we check the backgrounds of all our potential security staff to ensure they have the desired skills and relevant experience.
STAFF RECRUITMENT
Our pre-employment background investigation far exceeds that of most Security Companies, in addition, ENGIE SECURITY, has employed a recruitment consultant to oversee the initial screening of our personnel, by implementing a pre-employment written assessment inventory and a psychological interview. Furthermore, our personnel all submit aptitude tests, fingerprints clearance and extensive in-service training regarding safety and security and defensive tactics. Prior to commencement of a contract with ENGIE SECURITY, we will provide you with the full applicant file of each proposed security officer.
The quality we bring to your environment begins long before you see our security officers. The management of ENGIE SECURITY has resolved to make the recruitment and training of our personnel the key to our success; in that, we conduct hiring initiatives on a regular basis. Most applicants are unable to meet our qualifications and standards, which are equivalent TO PSIRA and SASSETA
